- In a bowl, stir together water, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, crushed red pepper, and ground ginger. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in green onions and garlic; cook 30 seconds. Stir in sauce. Cook and stir until sauce is bubbly and thickened.
- Let cool and prepared shrimp, add shrimp and let sit 10 min

- Put wood in grill-a smoker, on pre heat or highest setting till you have smoke, then turn down to high or 500 degrees and cook for 3 to 4 min. you mite cook 1 lb. or 2 lb. or more they go very fast
- This is spicy shrimp you can serve on a bed of rice or snack.
