SPICY GRILL-A SMOKED SHRIMP

Ingredientes

  • 8 tablespoons water
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 or more pounds of shrimp, skins and tails removed

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl, stir together water, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, crushed red pepper, and ground ginger. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in green onions and garlic; cook 30 seconds. Stir in sauce. Cook and stir until sauce is bubbly and thickened.
  3. Let cool and prepared shrimp, add shrimp and let sit 10 min
  4. .
  5. Put wood in grill-a smoker, on pre heat or highest setting till you have smoke, then turn down to high or 500 degrees and cook for 3 to 4 min. you mite cook 1 lb. or 2 lb. or more they go very fast
  6. This is spicy shrimp you can serve on a bed of rice or snack.
