Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Apple sauce
  • 1 c. Cooked, pureed pumpkin
  • 2 x Egg substitute equivalent
  • 2 x Egg whites, for the non-vegans
  • 1/3 c. Water
  • 1 3/4 c. Of flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg and ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice and powdered cloves
  • 1/2 c. Currants (optional)

  3. Mix. Stir in flour and mix till just combined. Add in all spices and currants. Stir in. Spray 3 baby loaf pans with PAM and fill each about 2/3 full. Bake in a 350 F oven for 45 min.
