  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) horseradish sauce
  • 4 tbsp (60 ml) red wine vinegar
  • 5 tbsp (80 ml) olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, finely crushed
