Receta Spicy Mutton Curry

Ingredients:

Cashewnuts – 10 to 12

Curry Leaves – few

Coriander Leaves – little

Oil as required

Salt as per taste

Method:

1. Add salt, turmeric powder, mutton masala, ginger garlic paste and little water in a bowl.

2. Mix well and add the mutton pieces.

3. Ensure the mutton pieces are well coated.

4. Pressure cook the mutton till 4 whistles and remove.

5. Keep aside to cool and chop into bite sized pieces.

6. Heat oil in a pan.

7. Add bay leaves, cloves, saunf, cardamoms and cinnamons.

8. Fry for 30 seconds and add the cashewnuts.

9. After 30 seconds, add the onions, garlic, curry leaves and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.

10. Add the mutton pieces and mix well.

11. Sprinkle a little water and cook over low flame for 6 to 8 minutes.

12. Garnish with coriander leaves.
