Spicy Oven Baked Sweet Potato "Fries"

Ingredientes

  • 2 x Sweet potatoes, scrubbed
  •     Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Slice potatoes in half lengthwise, then into sticks 3 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and lay sweet potatoes on sheet.Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Bake 40 min or possibly till browned and crisped, watching carefully so which they do not burn.
  2. Serve warm.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
