1 Red onion, Brunoise 250g

2 Garlic, chopped fine 50g

3 Ginger, chopped fine 50g

4 Salad oil 50ml

5 Cumin powder 15g

6 Coriander powder 15g

7 Chili powder 10g

8 Tumeric powder 5g

9 Roasted chopped peanuts skinless 500g

10 Peanut butter 500g
-
11 Tamarind 150g

12 Warm water 500g

13 Water 1000ml

14 Brown sugar 500 grams

Direcciones
- Method
- 1 saute no 1,2,3 into no 4
- 2 add no 5,6,7 and 8 till oil comes out from the paste
- 3then add no 9and 10
- 4 mix 11and 12 together and strain the liquid then add it to the above
- 5 add no 13
- 6 let it boil for approx 20 min and cool it down
- 7 sauce should be able to stand in the frig for up to a week
