Ingredientes

  • 12 x Large eggs
  • 4 c. Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Peppercorns
  • 1 Tbsp. Whole Allspice
  • 1 Tbsp. Whole Cloves
  • 1 Tbsp. Green Gingerroot, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Cover Large eggs with cool water, and bring to a rapid boil. Cover, and let stand for 15 min. Drain, and cover with cool water. Remove shells.
  2. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil, and simmer for 10 min. Put Large eggs into warm sterilized jars, and strain warm liquid over them. Seal and keep in a cold place. Wis/Gramma
