Ingredientes

  • 2 tablesoons bacon drippings or sausage
  • 1/4 cup pancake mix(your brand)
  • salt and pepper to taste (i like a lot of pepper)
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper (or your fav. hot sauce)
  • 1 cup half/half (hole milk)
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. heat up drippings or sausage
  2. add pancake mix
  3. stirr untill well blended
  4. add 1/2 @ 1/2 or milk
  5. add salt,pepper,cayenne pepper,brown suger
  6. simmer until almost thick(keep scrapeing bottom of skillet or it will burn)
  7. remove from heat until warm-serve(gravy will get thicker as it cools)
