- heat up drippings or sausage
- add pancake mix
- stirr untill well blended
- add 1/2 @ 1/2 or milk
- add salt,pepper,cayenne pepper,brown suger
- simmer until almost thick(keep scrapeing bottom of skillet or it will burn)
- remove from heat until warm-serve(gravy will get thicker as it cools)
