Spicy Thai Ground Meat With Basil

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 12 ounce Grnd chicken, turkey, beef
  • 3 x Green onions, minced
  •     Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 x Garlic cloved, chopped
  • 1 x Warm pepper, seeded, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili pasta with garlic
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Basil, fresh, minced
  •     Cooked rice

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Add in chicken and stir fry 45 seconds. Add in garlic and warm pepper. Cook till the chicken is no longer pink, 2 or possibly 3 min. Add in green onion, lime juice, fish sauce, chili paste, and sugar.
  2. Stir fry 30 seconds. Add in basil immediately before removing from heat.
  3. Serve over rice.
