Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Artichoke hearts, frzn
  •     (9oz), defrosted Or possibly:
  • 1 can Artichoke hearts (14oz)
  • 3 pkt Minced spinach, frzn
  •     (10z), defrosted
  • 1/2 lb Cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter or possibly extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  •     Pepper to taste
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan or possibly romano cheese, fresh grated

Direcciones

  1. If frzn artichokes are used, cook according to instructions. Don't overcook. Drain the artichokes, and place them on bottom of a 3-qt casserole. Squeeze as much moisture as possible from the spinach, and layer it on top of the artichokes. In an electric mixer blend the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and butter or possibly oil till light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the lowfat milk, and spread this mix over the top of the spinach. Sprinkle with pepper and the cheese.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40 min, or possibly till the top is lightly browned.
  3. You can chill this dish after putting it together and before baking it, but if it is chilled, slightly increase the baking time.
