Ingredientes

  • 1 (16 ounce) can light lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (1.0 ounce) env. Hidden Valley Ranch original dip
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, rinsed, liquid removed, minced
  • 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed well and liquid removed
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, rinsed and liquid removed
  • 1 lg. round loaf bread, sourdough or possibly any variety
  • 1 lg. loaf bread, any variety used for dipping
  • Assorted vegetables for dipping (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Put together lowfat sour cream and party dip fold in medium bowl. Stir in artichokes, spinach and pimentos. Cut slice off top of round loaf of bread. Hollow out center of bread, leaving 1 inch shell. Reserve bread pcs for dipping. Spoon dip into bread shell. Serve warm or possibly cold.To serve warm, bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20-25 min. Cover loaf with foil if browning too quickly. Serve with bread cubes and/or assorted fresh vegetables. Serves about 12.
