Ingredientes

  • 1 lb fresh baby spinach leaves gently washed and patted dry
  • 1/3 c. lean cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 x hard boiled Large eggs, diced
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  •     Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Place spinach in a large serving bowl and sprinkle with bacon pcs and diced Large eggs. Combine remaining ingredients and shake well. Just before serving pour over salad and toss.
  2. Chefs Notes: Use low fat turkey bacon.
