Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 c. Whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper
  • 8 ounce Bow-tie pasta, uncooked
  • 4 c. Fresh spinach, torn
  • 1/4 c. Grated parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Combine mushrooms and lemon juice. stirring to coat. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add in garlic, and cook, stirring constantly, 1 to 2 min. Add in mushroom mix and cook. stirring constantly, 5 min. Add in cream; bring to a boil. Stir in salt and pepper; remove from heat. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding spinach during last minute of cooking time. Drain and toss gently with mushroom mix.
  2. Let sit a few min to absorb the cream if necessary. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
  3. Yield: 2 main-dish servings or possibly 4side dish servings.
