Ingredientes

  • 1 9 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & drained of any excess water
  • 1 6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.
  3. In large mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and the mozzarella cheese. Stir until combined. Add the cayenne pepper and paprika and combine well.
  4. Place into prepared casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes. The last 5 minutes add the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan to the top.
