Ingredientes

  • 2 pkg. minced spinach, cooked & liquid removed
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. herb stuffing
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • Dash of garlic

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate mix and roll into balls. Bake approximately 15 min at 350 degrees. Spinach balls freeze beautifully prior to cooking.
