Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (1 lb) of noodles (We use med. or possibly wide)
  • 1 box (10 ounce) frzn spinach (thawed and liquid removed)
  • 1 env of onion soup mix
  • 1 x Egg

Direcciones

  1. Grease a 9 x 13 casserole. Prepare noodles as directed. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into prepared casserole. Cover(if you do not like your kugel too crunchy but remove for last 10 minutes.) and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serve.
  2. My mother will usually place the chicken and kugel in the oven together and the meal is complete at the same time.
