%20and%20I%20know%20Bob%E2%80%99s%20Red%20Mill%20products%20are%20made%20with%20quality,%20healthy%20ingredients.%20I%E2%80%99ve%20tried%20many%20of%20their%20products%20including%20the%20gluten%20free%20cornmeal,%20gluten%20free%20rolled%20oats,%20gluten%20free%20oat%20flour%20and%20the%20quinoa.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESpinach,%20Leek%20and%20Goat%20Cheese%20Tart%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20decided%20to%20make%20a%20savory%20dish%20with%20my%20pie%20crust.%20Spinach,%20leek%20and%20goat%20cheese%20seemed%20perfect.%20And%20it%20was!%20I%20started%20out%20by%20prepping%20the%20Bob%E2%80%99s%20Red%20Mill%20Gluten%20Free%20Pie%20Crust%20dough.%20A%20package%20of%20the%20pie%20crust%20mix%20will%20prepare%20two%209%20inch%20crusts.%20All%20you%20do%20is%20put%20the%20mix%20in%20a%20mixing%20bowl%20or%20food%20processor,%20%20add%20butter%20and/or%20shortening,%20some%20water%20and%20then%20either%20pulsate%20in%20your%20food%20processor%20or%20blend%20with%20a%20pastry%20blender.%20Once%20the%20dough%20is%20blended,%20halve%20and%20shape%20into%20two%20discs.%20Wrap%20in%20plastic%20wrap%20and%20refrigerate%20for%20one%20hour.%20After%20removing%20the%20dough%20from%20the%20refrigerator,%20I%20had%20to%20let%20it%20sit%20out%20until%20it%20was%20room%20temp%20to%20be%20able%20to%20roll%20it%20out%20without%20it%20crumbling%20apart.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%E2%80%99ll%20want%20to%20blind%20bake%20the%20crust%20before%20filling%20it.%20After%20blind%20baking,%20I%20filled%20my%20crust%20with%20smoked%20Gruyere%20cheese,%20sauteed%20spinach%20and%20leeks,%20goat%20cheese%20and%20an%20egg/cream%20mixture.%20I%20baked%20it%20at%20350%20for%2025%20minutes%20and%20then%20had%20a%20fantastic%20lunch!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESpinach,%20Leek%20and%20Goat%20Cheese%20Tart%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EInstructions%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFreeze%20your%20pie%20crust%20for%2030%20minutes.%20After%20freezing,%20blind%20bake%20at%20375%20for%2020%20minutes.%20To%20blind%20bake.%20place%20a%20piece%20of%20parchment%20paper%20over%20the%20crust.%20Place%20rice%20or%20dried%20beans%20on%20top%20of%20the%20parchment%20paper%20to%20weigh%20it%20down.%20This%20will%20prevent%20your%20crust%20from%20shrinking%20while%20baking.%20Remove%20from%20oven%20after%20baking.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMelt%20the%20butter%20in%20a%20large%20skillet%20or%20pot.%20Add%20the%20leeks%20and%20cook%20until%20tender.%20Add%20the%20spinach%20and%20cook%20until%20wilted.%20Drain%20if%20necessary.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhisk%20together%20the%20eggs,%20seasoned%20salt%20and%20pepper,%20nutmeg%20and%20cream.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETo%20assemble%20the%20tart,%20sprinkle%201/2%20of%20the%20Gruyere%20cheese%20over%20the%20pie%20crust.%20Top%20with%20the%20spinach/leek%20mixture,%20green%20onion%20and%20goat%20cheese.%20Pour%20the%20egg%20mixture%20over%20top%20and%20then%20top%20with%20the%20remaining%20Gruyere%20cheese.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20your%20tart%20pan%20on%20a%20baking%20pan%20to%20prevent%20anything%20from%20leaking%20onto%20the%20bottom%20of%20your%20oven.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20at%20350%20for%2020-25%20minutes%20or%20until%20the%20tart%20is%20just%20set.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAllow%20to%20cool%20for%2010-15%20minutes%20before%20serving.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENotes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdapted%20from%20Williams%20Sonoma%20Cookbook%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.2%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ehttp://www.thisgalcooks.com/2013/12/05/spinach-leek-goat-cheese-tart/%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
