Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 1 x Chopped clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chicken bouillon mix
  • 1 c. Undiluted Carnation 2% Evaporated Lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. Water
  • 1 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkt Well trained thawed frzn minced spinach (300g)
  • 1 1/2 c. Cooked rice
  •     Buttered bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in med. saucepan. Saute/fry onion and garlic till tender. Blend in flour, salt and bouillon mix. Gradually stir in e. lowfat milk and water. Cook and stir over mid. heat till mix just comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat. Add in cheese; stir till melted. Stir in spinach and rice. Spoon into 1 qt casserole. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake in moderate oven

  3. Makes 5 or possibly 6 servings.
