Receta Spinach Ricotta Stuffed Shells

- Coat a large skillet with spray. Place over medium heat till warm. Add in minced onion and sauteeuntil tender.
- Add in spinach, cabbage and wine. Sautee4 min
- Stir in ricotta cheese, parsley and 1/8 t., pepper.

- Stuff each shell with 2 1/2 teaspoon Spinach mix. Arrange in shallow baking dish coated with spray. Set aside. Combine remaining 1/8 teaspoon Pepper, broth, tomato paste, salt and nutmegin a small bowl. Spoon over shells. Cover and bake at 350F for 30 min or possibly till heated thoroughly.
