Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Torn spinach
  • 2 c. Sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 c. Sliced green onions
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds, toasted

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently. Combine juice, vinegar, and oil in a small bowl; stir with a wire whisk till blended.
  2. Drizzle over spinach mix, and toss well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 c.).
