  • 1/2 CUP FRESH GRATED PARMISION CHEESE
  • 1/2 TEASP. FRESH GRATED NUTMEG

  1. PLACE PORTABELLAS ON BAKING SHEET WITH RACK
  2. THAW AND DRAIN AND WRING SPINACH
  3. IN SMALL BOWL STIR CREAM CHEESE TIL SMOOTH
  4. ADD PARMISION CHEESE
  5. STIR IN SPINACH
  6. ADD GRATED NUTMEG
  7. FILL EACH CAP EVENLY
  8. BAKE 350 APPROX 15 MINUTES (WILL BE GOLDEN )
