When I was growing up, my mum often made biscuits she calls “Pusher Biscuits”, because they are made with a biscuit press.  More commonly, these biscuits are known as Spritz Cookies, or Spritzgeback (squirt cookies) in I was (and am) fascinated by the various shapes formed when the biscuit dough was extruded from the biscuit press.
