Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Sultana raisins
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Maraschino liquor
  • 3 x Egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. Fine sugar
  • 1/2 c. Sweet Marsala wine
  • 1/4 c. Semi-sweet chocolate, grated
  • 1/2 pt Heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/4 c. Minced pecans
  • 6 x Cherries

Direcciones

  1. Soak raisins in maraschino liquor 20 min. Prepare a zabaglione by combining egg yolks & sugar in top of double boiler above simmering-not boiling-water. Beat mix with wire whisk till pale yellow & fluffy.
  2. Gradually add in Marsala wine & continue beating till zabaglione becomes thick sufficient to hold its shape in a spoon. Refrigeratetill it thickens a little more. Mix in raisins together with maraschino liquor, chocolate, whipped cream & pecans. Pour mix into 6 individual champagne glasses; refrigerate4 hrs. Garnish each serving with a maraschino cherry & serve.
