Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Pizza sauce
  • 1 lrg Italian pizza shell
  • 1 c. Minced broccoli
  • 1 c. Shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. Red or possibly green bell pepper, sliced
  • 5 ounce Lowfat mozzarella or possibly Cheddar cheese, shredded

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F. Spoon pizza sauce on pizza shell. Put pizza shell on a cookie sheet. Arrange vegetables over sauce. Sprinkle on the cheese. Bake for 10 min. When baked, cold pizza for 3 min before slicing. Cut into 8 wedges.
