Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Fresh squid
  • 1/2 stalk lemongrass
  • 1/4 can Coconut lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 x Chilli, minced

Direcciones

  1. Wash the squid and slice horizontally into rings. Heat the oil and fry the lemongrass, squid and fish sauce. Add in the coconut lowfat milk and chilli. Serve.
