Ingredientes

  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 2 tsp beef base
  • 1 tsp garilc pwdr
  • 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 c. red Burgundy wine

Direcciones

  1. Wash mushrooms in warm water. Heat together the butter and margarine, add in beef base, onion, garlic pwdr and black pepper. Simmer mushrooms in butter mix till soft. Add in red burgandy wine.
  2. Comments: This is an easy to make appeitzer. You can make a larger quanity of this, and place in a crock pot for serving at a larger party.
