Ingredientes

  • 2 x 4 ounce. beef tenderloin medallions
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp Fresh garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Basil
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh parsley
  • 1 ounce Dry white wine, (cooking wine)
  • 8 ounce Heavy cream
  • 1/4 c. Grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounce Cooked pasta fettucini

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry beef medallions to order (about 2 min on each side for medium rare). Remove beef to hot platter. Add in fresh garlic, parsley, oregano, basil to pan. Deglaze pan with white wine. Add in heavy cream and fresh parmesan cheese. Reduce sauce until creamy consisteancy. Add in pasta and toss.
  2. Serve beef medallions over pasta and garnish with minced parsley and coarse black pepper (optional).
