- For each sauce, mix all ingredients in a small bowl to serve.
- Cut steak into bite size cubes and divide into 6 serving bowls. In a large saucepan put together peanut oil and butter. Heat in pan on stove till it starts to smoke. Pour into fondue pot carefully. Light sterno. Guests pierce meat with fondue forks, cook meat as desired in the pot, dip into various sauces and eat! Serve with crusty French or possibly Italian bread, salad and red wine.
