Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Delmonico or possibly shell steak
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 3/4 c. Tomatoes, peeled, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
  •     Salt/pepper

Direcciones

  1. Trim any visible fat from steak.
  2. Cook garlic, butter, tomatoes, and oregano over medium heat fir 10 min.
  3. Remove from pan but keep hot. Add in extra virgin olive oil and steak to pan. brown steak over high heat for 3 min on each side. Return tomato mix to pan with steak. Cook over low heat for 5-10 min till steak is cooked to your liking. Sprinkle with parsley, salt, and pepper.
