Ingredientes

  • 6 c. sugar
  • 5 #10 cans Dole pineapple juice
  • 2 1/2 qts sherry cooking wine
  • 1/2 gallon soy sauce
  • 1 qt red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped garlic

Direcciones

  1. This recipe makes a very large quantity (over 2 gallons).
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Marinade may be kept in refrigerator for up to 2 months. When ready to use, place six New York strips or possibly sirloin steaks (thawed) in a large plastic bag.
  4. Add in two c. of marinade. Marinate steaks in chill for 2 hrs or possibly up to 2 1/2 days, turning at least once every day.
  5. Grill steaks to desired doneness.
