Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/8 c. soy sauce
  • 2/3 c. catsup or possibly barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp grnd ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey or possibly liquid smoke

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients. Add in with meat to a large shallow dish or possibly into a ziplock bag. Chill overnight. Remove meat and cook. If you wish to use marinade as a baste, boil it for 10 min in saucepan or possibly microwave first.
