Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 1/4 c. Minced green pepper
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1 c. Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Sliced ripe olives
  • 1 1/2 lb Thick round steak

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry mushrooms, onions, and green pepper in oil for 5 min. Add in chili pwdr, tomato sauce, salt and olives. Place steak in shallow baking dish and pour sauce over steak. Cover and bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till tender.
