Steamed Fish With Ginger Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 kg fish fillets
  • 2 tsp ginger, crushed
  • 1 tsp vinegar, white
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Thai fish sauce
  • 2 tsp garlic, crushed
  • 4 x spring onions
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 1 Tbsp. coriander
  • 1/2 c. orange juice

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve cornflour in orange juice.
  2. Finely slice spring onions.
  3. Blend together all sauce ingredients and place in a saucepan. Simmer, stirring, till sauce boils and thickens.
  4. Steam fish for about 8 min, till flesh is white and flakes.
  5. Pour ginger sauce over fish.
  6. Garnish with coriander and serve with brown rice.
