- Soak mushrooms in warm water for 1/2 hour, drain and throw away tough stems and chop fine.
- Mix shrimp, pork, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, green onion, Large eggs, cornstarch, sesame oil, salt, sugar and pepper in a bowl.
- Use cookie cutter to cut wonton wrappers into circles.
- Place 1-1/2 tsp of mix in center of wonton wrapper and fold wrapper up to create a "flower pot" with open top.
- Place dumplings in a steamer and steam for 10 min.
- Notes: Serve with chili-garlic paste.
