Ingredientes

  • 1 x 1 kilogram w chicken with skin
  • 5 gm Salt
  • 15 gm Fresh ginger, julienned
  • 2 x Spring onions, sliced lengthwise
  • 700 ml Chicken stock
  • 30 ml Rice wine
  • 20 ml Light soya sauce
  • 10 gm Warm bean paste

Direcciones

  1. CUT the chicken into eight pcs. Cook the chicken in sufficient water for 10 min and drain. Hold under cool water. Combine the chicken with all the remaining ingredients in a pan and cook for 15 min on medium heat or possibly until done. Remove from heat. Cover with cling film and keep aside for 15 min. Open the film and serve immediately.
