Steamed Zucchini

Ingredientes

1 1/4 lb Medium zucchini, cut in 1/4 inch slices

Direcciones

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 5 minutes.
Place zucchini in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 5-7 min or possibly till zucchini is bright green and tender. Drain and season with salt and pepper to taste.
