My mother-in-law prepared this dish after my wedding. It was extremely tasty that I couldn't bear not to ask how to make it. I ended up with this exceptional recipe.

Ingredientes
1/4 c. oil
2 medium onions, sliced
1 tsp. cumin seeds
5 cloves
2 black cardamoms
10 peppercorns
1 tbsp. ginger & garlic paste
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. MSG
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 kg. beef, mutton or chicken
1 c. water
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 medium onions, sliced
1 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
Direcciones
Brown onions in hot oil.
Add cumin, cloves, cardamoms and peppercorns. Stir fry for 1 minute.
Add ginger and garlic. Saute for 1 minute. Season with salt, MSG and chili powder.
Mix meat, water, tomatoes and onions. Cover and pressure cook for 30 minutes or until meat is tender and sauce thickens.
