Receta Stewed Chicken

- Sprinkle chicken pcs with poultry seasoning and salt ; set aside.
- Coat a dutch oven with cooking spray; add in oil. Place over medium high heat till warm. Add in half of chicken pcs; coo 6 min, turning to brown on all sides. Remove chicken from pan; set aside. Add in remaining half of chicken pcs to pan; cook 6 min, turning till brown on all sides. Remove chicken from pan; set aside. Add in onion to pan; saute/fry 3 min or possibly till browned. Add in flour and browning sauce; cook 1 minute stirring constantly. Gradually add in water and bay leaf, scraping pan to loosen browned bits. Return chicken to the pan; bring to a boil. Cover reduce heat, and simmer 45 min or possibly till chicken is done. Throw away bay leaf. Serve sauce over chicken
