Ingredientes

  • 450 gm pork frank ()
  • 1 Tbsp. tamarind paste
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
  •     Marinate
  • 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. black bean paste
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Shao Shin wine
  •     pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. cornflour

Direcciones

  1. Cut pork into cubes and add marinate mix. Set aside to marinate for 30 min. Heat wok up and add 2 Tbsp of peanut oil. Stir-fry marinated pork for 3 min. Pour stir-fried pork into a claypot and add tamarind paste and a c. of water. Cover claypot and simmer for 1 to 2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender and the soup is thicken. Serve warm with rice.
