Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Medium Onion, Coarsely Chopped
  • 3 Large Tomatoes, Seeded & Coarsely Chopped
  • 3 Medium Zucchini, Sliced
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tsp. Dried Basil

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan; sauté garlic and onion until tender. Add tomatoes and continue cooking 5 to 10 minutes, until tomatoes soften.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook 15 to 20 more minutes, or until zucchini is soft. Serve immediately.
  3. Tip: If you have any on hand, fresh basil and oregano make this dish taste even fresher!
