Ingredientes

  • 3 lbs. chicken wings, cut into drummies
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 T honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (whole and slightly smashed)
  • 1/4 c. wine (or possibly sherry)
  • 1/3 c. Ken Davis barbecue sauce or possibly ketchup
  • 3 T peanut butter
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon 5-spice pwdr (found in Chinese food section of store)

Direcciones

  1. Put all ingredients except chicken into 9x13 inch Corning dish and heat on stove till everything melts and is well blended. Or possibly heat in a saucepan or possibly in a glass baking pan in oven. Remove from heat. Put chicken in pan and turn till all pcs are coated with sauce. Bake at 325 degrees.Baste at 15 min intervals, turning pcs each time. Should be done in 1 hour or possibly less. Good hot or possibly cold. Can also be frzn and reheated.
