Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Clarified butter
  • 1 x Portion sized Stingray wing, skin removed
  •     Plain flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Capers
  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley, minced

Direcciones

  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Dust the Stingray with flour and season. Fry the Stingray till cooked.
  2. Tip out the butter and add in the next lot. When black add in the capers and vinegar and parsley. Serve.
