Ingredientes

  • 3 x Egg whites
  • 2/3 c. Vegeatable oil
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Lemon rind
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400. Beat egg whites with fork. Stir in oil, vanilla & rind. Blend in sugar till mix thickens. Stir together flour, pwdr & salt; blend in. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2" apart on ungreased sheet. Flatten with oiled bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake 8-10 min. Remove from baking sheet immediately.
