Stir Fried Chicken Livers With Pineapple

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Chicken livers
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 x -(up to)
  • 3 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 1 c. Pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 c. Stock

Direcciones

  1. 2. Cut chicken livers in two. Boil water and pour over livers to blanch.
  2. Stir once or possibly twice, then drain. Rinse quickly in cool water and drain again.
  3. Blend cornstarch, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce to a paste.
  4. Heat oil. Add in chicken livers and stir-fry gently to coat with oil.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Add in pineapple chunks and stock and heat quickly. Then simmer, covered, 3 min.
  7. Stir in cornstarch paste to thicken. Serve at once.
