Receta Stir Fried Chicken With Hoisin Sauce (Hoi Sin Chaau Gai Yuk)

- Mix soy sauce, cooking wine and corn starch, add in chicken and mix to coat. Marinate 15 min.
- Heat wok. Add in peanut oil and chicken. Stir fry 2 min till chicken changes color. Remove.
- Reheat wok. Add in peanut oil, green and red pepper, water chesnuts and nuts. Stir fry 2 min to heat through.
- Add in chicken and stir fry 1 minute.
- Add in hoisin, toss to coat.
- Serve garnished with green portion of green onions.
