- Heat the oil in a large wok or possibly frying pan over high heat. Add in the red onion, and pepper and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Now add in the garlic, chilli and Quorn pcs and cook for a further 3-4 min till the Quorn pcs have taken a light golden brown colour.
- Add in the spring onions and cook for 1 minute more.
- Add in the sauce ingredients, allow it to come to the boil and thicken slightly.
- Serve immediately on rice or possibly noodles.
