You want to know what amazes me sometimes? In between trying to decide what to cook for the week and making my lists, I inevitably deviate from the list and cook on the fly. After having made my Homemade Broth for my Ramen Noodles, I decided to try to stir fry it. I used more water and less broth since we drain it out anyway
These noodles definitely come together quick and can be an excellent choice when we are short on time. Which can definitely be more often than not.
I’m thinking next time to add a little protein and then this could easily serve four people. Wow. I want some now. Gotta go folks, the kitchen is calling out to me.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
