Receta Stir-Fried Turkey and Mushrooms on Spaghetti Squash
Ingredientes
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 10oz (300gr) turkey, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbs fresh, minced ginger
- 4oz (120gr) mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, cut into matchsticks
- 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 2 tbs mushroom soy sauce
- 3/4 cup (5oz, 180ml) chicken stock
- 3 tsp olive oil, divided
- 1 tbs cornstarch (maizena) dissolved in 2 tbs water
- Add 1 tsp olive oil, peppers and carrots. Stir-fry 5 minutes. Add to onion / mushrooms
