Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 x Garlic cloves,crushed
  • 12 ounce Sirloin steak,thin sliced
  • 1 x Sweet red pepper,thin strips
  • 1 x Sweet yellow pepper,thin str
  • 1 x Onion,large,1/2d & cut/strip
  • 1/4 lb Mushrooms,halved/quartered

Direcciones

  1. Combine 1 Tbsp. oil, soy sauce, sherry, water, cornstarch, sugar and garlic in a shallow nonmetal dish. Add in the steak strips.
  2. Heat remaining Tbsp. oil in wok or possibly nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in peppers, onion, mushrooms; stir-fry 3-5 min till tender-crisp. Remove and reserve.
  3. Add in undrained steak to wok; stir-fry 2 min till no longer pink.
  4. Return vegetables to wok; stir-fry to heat through. Serve over rice.
