Stir Fry Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves/sliced into cubes or possibly small strips
  • 1/2 lrg onion
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms
  • 1/2 lrg green pepper/sliced lengthwise
  • 1 1/2 c. broccoli/fresh or possibly frzn
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 jar Kikkoman teriyaki marinade
  • 1/2 jar Kikkoman teriyaki baste/glaze
  • 1 c. cooked white rice

Direcciones

  1. Procedures1. Heat a large skillet with oil and fry chicken till golden, then add in onions and cook till almost transparent.
  2. Then add in peppers and mushrooms and grill well.
  3. Then add in just sufficient marinade, till all is covered and stir for about 5 min on medium heat.
  4. Then add in teriyaki glaze till all is covered, stirring continuously and follow by adding broccoli last for a more crisp taste/texture, let sit for about 5 min. Serve over white rice.
